The fourteenth installment of the Shake, Rattle & Roll film series, the film stars an ensemble cast including Dennis Trillo, Lovi Poe, Janice de Belen, Herbert Bautista, Paulo Avelino, Martin Escudero and Vhong Navarro.
The film was produced by Regal Entertainment, Inc. The film is an official entry in the Metro Manila Film Festival and the film's scheduled release is on December 25, 2012 in Philippine Cinemas nationwide. The film also serves as the Most Independent throughout the entire series for its sole director, Chito S. Roño.
This installment features the comeback of Janice de Belen and Herbert Bautista, both of which starred in past Shake, Rattle and Roll installments.
Synopsis
Four cousins: an emigrant, narcissistic Myra (Janice de Belen), eloquent Faye (Arlene Mulach) and former clergyman Donald (Herbert Bautista) gather in their late uncle's house to get their inheritance of 5 million pesos each. Their uncle's butler told them if one of them dies within a month, his/her inheritance goes to the others. Each of them were given the responsibility of taking care of a comic book written by their uncle. The cousins show no interest to their comic books, except Donald, and throw it away. Meanwhile, their emigrant cousin was killed by Filomena, a malakat from one of his uncle's comics.Actors

After her father (Robert Arevalo) suffers from a severe stroke, Seth (Vilma Santos) decides to bring him to Manang Elsa (Daria Ramirez), a faith healer. Elsa, who apparently has the ability to heal people from illnesses, performs the "healing" and prescribes herbal medicine. As Seth and her father prepare to leave, a man, who is next in line to see Elsa, collapses and loses consciousness and so the people immediately brings him inside. Seth looks back at the commotion before going home with her father.

Lolo Melo (Armando Goyena) is an old Filipino World War II veteran living in the United States who tells his war stories to his grandson Jobert (Danilo Barrios). Flashbacks to 1944, he tells the story of his participation during World War II, when his troop was ordered to bury the Yamashita treasure. Taking from where they last left off, Red (Danilo Barrios) and his gang was asked by Sir Harry (Jaime Fabregas) to do a quest for him in exchange for a big sum of money. But knowing that any connection with the dead is just trouble so they refused the offer. Unfortunately, Red's grandmother (Gloria Romero) had a sudden stroke and he was challenged and was finally convinced by Sir Harry to take the quest, The quest was to find the missing piece of an Agimat (a mystical amulet which have powers to heal, protect its owner from harm and even in death). His friends, Thor (Vhong Navarro), Buboy (Jhong Hilario), Jigger (Spencer Reyes), And Ponce (Christopher Cruz) did know that something has happened to Red, until they were given a warning by the Taga-pagbantay (The Guardian) (Marlou Aquino), a mystical being which is a half-human and half giant, told them that Red had joined a quest and needs their help. They suspected it was Sir Harry's Plan and had made their way to their friend. They made their way to an old ancestral house where they saw Red lying on a sofa and was unaware that his destiny was to search for the missing piece of agimat. This is where the adventure begins, The ancestral house was also a portal or a "Shortcut" to the world of the dead and creatures of the unknown. They first encountered a Tikbalang (a large half horse and half man), an army of Aswang (flesh-eaters) and a band of Tiyanak (baby-like flesh eaters), then mermaids who brought them to the Lugar ng mga Alon (Land of the Waves) where Red and Thor fought with an identical copy of themselves for their life (this is also where they got the missing piece of the agimat). While Red and Thor were in the Land of the Waves; Jigger, Ponce and Buboy found way back to their own world, The World of The Living. As Red had finally got the missing piece, they decided to go back with the group of elementary students who have died from a bus accident. But their mission does not end here, they still have to do a cat chase with the dead people in their own world saving the card "The Ace of Diamonds" so that Red will not have the fate of death, and they traveled back in time to give the agimat to the Babaylan (Witch Doctor) and gave her eternal peace.

Overseas Filipino Worker Sandy (Kris Aquino) return to the Philippines with Dale (Wendell Ramos) from Dubai, United Arab Emirates in preparation for their wedding. The film starts in a church where a centipede-like demon is crawling at the walls. The protagonist Conan, really wanted to get Ellen, the girl he liked and so he asked his friend on how to achieve his wish. His friend said that there was a rumor that if you whisper your wish to a dead body, the soul of that body would help you. So he sought the help of Oprah, who is also a friend. He whispered to the corpse his wish that she would fall in love with him, but the first one was a failure because the corpse became deaf before it died. Conan went home in disappointment but at the same time an old woman was hit by a car, he whispered his wish. The next day while at work, Conan was met by Ellen in a romantic manner and it seems that his wish had worked. But suddenly, the old woman that was killed began to haunt him and wanted him to repay the request that he made to her. He found out that the woman was a witch and she wants to ask forgiveness to a girl to whom she used hex. She needs Conan to make her drink a potion that is made out of holy water and a part of the old woman's body. Conan and Oprah traveled to Bohol, where the girl lives and is attacked by demons during the trip. They finally arrived at the girl's house before being attacked by the centipede-like demon, the girl finally drank the liquid and broke the spell that which cast upon her. The old woman stopped haunting Conan.
