Wrong Turn 5: Bloodlines (also known as Wrong Turn 5) is a 2012 American horror film and the fifth installment in the Wrong Turn film series. It is a direct sequel to Wrong Turn 4: Bloody Beginnings and continues the storyline of the cannibal killers, The Hillickers. The film also introduces Maynard Odets (Doug Bradley), was later known as the Old Man from the first two films.

Synopsis

After The Hillickers (Three Finger, Saw Tooth and One Eye) escape from the Glensville Sanatorium, now along with the help for their father of the serial killer Maynard, start a murdering rampage near the city of Fairlake, Greenbrier County, West Virginia, where they first murder news reporter Kaleen Webber.

In 1974, at the Glensville Sanatorium, West Virginia, Dr. Brendan Ryan (Arne MacPherson) shows local psychiatrist named Dr. Ann Marie McQuaid (Kristen Harris) around the psychiatric hospital. He shows his three deformed patients, Three Finger, Saw Tooth and One Eye (are called themselves as The Hillickers), who all have the ability to sustain injury and not feel it. While Dr. Ryan and Dr. McQuaid move on, one of the mental patients grabs Dr. McQuaid's hair and rips out her hair clip, which she does not notice. The patient gives the hair clip to Saw Tooth. The Hillickers use the clip to pick the lock and escape from their cells. They release the other patients and together they kill the orderlies and the doctors, including McQuaid and Ryan.
