Mohammad, his wife and their five children live in a large, isolated house located halfway between a Palestinian village and an Israeli settlement. The house, in the crossfire of the two sides, is a strategic lookout point that the Israeli army decides to seize, confining the family to a few downstairs rooms in daytime and a single room at night. Mohammad refuses to leave this home and, reinforced by his principles against violence, decides to find a way to keep his family together in the house until the Israeli soldiers move on.
Totonno is the leader of a gang of Italian workers who for years has been in West Germany. The group picks up rags and second hand cloths, marketing them to customers for sheer fabric with which to sew clothes. The work is dishonest, and in fact the customers realize it soon. When Totonno and his gang flee to another city in Germany, the group encounters a band of Poles, who're doing the same dirty work.
Le film raconte l'histoire romancée avec diverses inexactitudes de la vie du compositeur. Son histoire d'amour avec Elvira Bonturi, qui a abandonné son mari pour lui et avec qui elle a eu son fils Antonio, est tout à fait exacte, tout comme le fait que Puccini avait de nombreux amantes, y compris des chanteuses célèbres, mais il n'a jamais abandonné sa femme à qui il est toujours resté fidèle à sa manière.
The Bank of Milan: the banker Mario Tozzi is involved in an ambush against him: he is hit by two shots in the bathroom of the building, and as soon as he recovers from convalescence, believing that his assailant intends seriously to kill him, Mario decides to run away from Italy, taking refuge in Mexico. Mario chooses the small and remote land of Puerto Escondido, where he meets two very nice Italians, fled there a long time ago to escape from the frantic life of the city. They are Alex and Anita, which Mario makes friends right away, and he fits in a short time in the life of that place. However, since the money is not there, the three companions try to get away using illegal methods. One night Mario meets in that port his assailant, who is also suffering at the cruel life of the city. In fact, he decides to convert to the peace of Puerto Escondido.
The film opens with a flashback to the Vietnam War, where Norman Hopper (Saxon) is bitten by a U.S. POW Charlie Bukowski (John Morghen), who is infected with a virus which leaves people with a craving for human flesh. In Atlanta, Georgia, some years later, Hopper wakes up from a nightmare about this incident, and then receives a phone call from Bukowski, who invites his old comrade out for a drink. The call came in at an inopportune moment, as a young neighbour girl, Mary (Cindy Hamilton), was trying to seduce him, so he turns down the invitation. Hopper falls for her charms and as they are about to engage in oral sex, he bites her. After hearing from his concerned wife that a Vietnam vet barricaded himself in a mall, he gets into his car. Just as he is about to leave, Mary reveals that she enjoyed the bite. After arriving on the scene, he convinces Bukowski to surrender to the police. While being hauled away to the hospital, Bukowski bites a police constable.
Le film se base sur les souvenirs personnels d'Ettore Scola en particulier concernant les premières années de la carrière de Fellini : son arrivée à Rome, ses débuts comme dessinateur de bande dessinée à la rédaction de Marc'Aurelio où il a fait la connaissance de Scola, jusqu'à ses débuts au cinéma comme metteur en scène.
The charming dodger Rosco Frazer and the recently released convict Doug O’Riordan meet each other during a rough brawl in a roadhouse. After this they drive off in a truck, each one thinking of the other as the trucker. Not long afterwards a highway patrol stops them for speeding, and since they cannot produce proper papers, they are mistaken for truck-jackers the police has been looking for. Thanks to Rosco being a ventriloquist however, they are able to get away.

Dans un clan d'hommes des cavernes d'évolution mentale inférieure à celle du singe, un jour un homo sapiens intelligent arrive et avec lui vient l'argent. Ainsi, les hommes des cavernes apprennent rapidement à connaître l'autre sexe.
Lors d'une réception à Turin, Paola, mal mariée avec le riche industriel Marco qui collectionne les aventures féminines, fait la connaissance du séduisant Alberto Pegasano, un ami de son mari venu d'Argentine pour affaires. Alberto lui fait une cour assidue, mais Paola le repousse et, pour échapper à la tentation, part plus tôt que prévu en Sardaigne pour y passer ses vacances en attendant que Marco vienne la rejoindre. Mais Alberto l'a suivie et elle finit par lui céder, s'épanouissant dans ses bras, jusqu'à ce qu'il la quitte après avoir obtenu ce qu'il recherchait. Paola regagne alors le domicile conjugal en culpabilisant et en se demandant si elle doit ou non avouer son aventure à Marco.
L'action se déroule à Prato au Moyen Âge.
Trois jeunes garçons, Gisippo, Ruberto et Tazio arrivent à Prato afin d'assister sur la place, au jugement de Giulia qui risque d'être condamnée au bûcher pour avoir trompé son mari Romildo, impuissant et passif pendant l'acte sexuel.
