Carlo Delle Piane (born 2 February 1936) is an Italian film actor. He has appeared in more than 100 films since 1948.

Born in Rome, Province of Rome, Delle Piane made his debut at the age of twelve in Duilio Coletti's Heart; he starred in the stereotypal role of an arrogant but basically kind-hearted boy for a large number of films until mid-fifties. The turning point of his career was the encounter with Pupi Avati, with whom Delle Piane experienced more significant and varied roles, going from comic surreal performances to melancholic and even dramatic shades.

In 1984 he won the Nastro d'Argento for Best Actor for his performance in Una gita scolastica. For his role in Regalo di Natale he won the Volpi Cup at the 43rd Venice International Film Festival.

Né à Rome en 1936, Carlo Delle Piane fait ses débuts sur scène à l'âge de douze ans dans Cuore de Duilio Coletti et Vittorio De Sica. Il joue le rôle stéréotypé d'un garçon arrogant mais fondamentalement bon pour un grand nombre de films jusqu'au milieu des années 1950. Le tournant de sa carrière est la rencontre avec Pupi Avati, avec lequel il interprète des rôles plus aboutis et variés, allant du comique, mélancoliques voire dramatiques.

Marié à la chanteuse Anna Crispino, Carlo Della Valle est mort à Rome le 23 août 2019 à l'âge de 83 ans.
