Radhika Kumaraswamy (born 1 November 1986), credited as Radhika, is an Indian film actress and producer. She has primarily appeared in Kannada films and was considered a lead actress in the Kannada film industry in the early 2000s.

Biography

Radhika reportedly married Ratan Kumar at the Sri Durga Parameshwari Temple, Kateel on 26 November 2000. In April 2002, Ratan Kumar filed a complaint, alleging that Radhika's father Devraj had abducted her as he feared that news of her marriage may "jeopardise her career". Only few days later, Radhika's mother wanted the marriage to be annulled as Radhika was just 14 years old and told that Ratan Kumar had forcibly married her. Devraj further claimed that Ratan had tried to burn Radhika alive. Ratan Kumar died in August 2002, following a heart attack.

In November 2010, Radhika revealed that she was married to H. D. Kumaraswamy, a former Chief Minister of Karnataka. According to Radhika, they married in 2006. They have a daughter, Shamika K. Swamy.

Rudra (Upendra) is an orphan. He grows up in the graveyard. He is very innocent by nature but has a lot of strength like a demon. One day he goes into the village. But the people shun him and ask him to return to the graveyard. But a village girl Parvathi (Sanghavi) befriend him and helps him out. The village chief ( Ramaraju) and a drug peddler use Rudra to peddle drugs. Rudra is caught in a drug peddling case and is put into prison. At this time Sathya (Darshan) joins him in jail after being framed in a false case. Sathya and Rudra become very close friends and share a special bond with each other. Sathya helps Rudra with a lot of things but is unfortunately murdered by the village chief and the drug peddler and they implicate Rudra in the murder case. This enrages Rudra and he takes on the evil men and avenges Sathya's death. After that he goes back to his home - the graveyard.

The recently retired police commissioner of Chennai, Devanathan, begins a new life with his family (which includes his brother and his wife) to keep his past's glory alive. He buys 2 large tea estates in ooty and moves in with his family there. Devanathan's daughter Anita is a teenager, and his son, Ashwin, is a brilliant, troubled young man. Daniel disguises himself and spies on Devnathan's hot sister-in-law when she is bathing, thinking it was Devanathan. He lies to her; the brothers become enemies, and the younger brother leaves the house. When riding her bicycle, Anita discovers Daniel's motorcycle and is shocked to see Daniel performing hindu rituals for Abhirami. Daniel claims to be Sakthivel, raised by his elder sister and uncle.
