Stephanie Dale grows up as a poor girl and resents her mother's working class sensibilities. Bennett's mother, was never married and she raised her daughter as a single parent. Champion de boxe à la carrière florissante considérant l'humanité avec dédain, Jimmy Dolan tue accidentellement un journaliste lors d'une soirée.
