Hirune hime, rêves éveillés (ひるね姫 〜知らないワタシの物語〜, Hirune hime: shiranai watashi no monogatari) est un film d'animation japonais réalisé par Kenji Kamiyama, sorti en 2017.

Synopsis

Morikawa, une adolescente qui vit avec son père à Okayama, s'ennuie à l'école et passe son temps à rêver. Notamment de Heartland, un monde à la fois futuriste et médiéval, où elle est une princesse emprisonnée pour sorcellerie. Ancien, le nom de son personnage rêvé, a en effet le pouvoir de donner vie aux objets grâce à une tablette magique. Dans le monde réel, Morikawa a perdu sa maman et est élevée par son père Momotaro, un homme mutique qui passe la majeure partie de son temps dans son garage à réparer et à modifier des voitures. L'existence de Morikawa bascule quand il est arrêté par la police. Avec son ami Morio, elle va tenter de le libérer et de démêler le mystère de ses rêves étranges.

In 2034, two years after the events of 2nd GIG, Public Security Section 9 is investigating a string of mysterious suicides by refugees from the Siak Republic. Chief Aramaki conducts a raid to arrest the refugee dictator only to find him already dead. In retaliation, a Siak operative plans a terrorist attack with a micromachine virus. Batou is sent to intercept the Siak operative and encounters Kusanagi, who is conducting her own investigation. Before they can apprehend the operative, he dies while attacking them. Kusanagi takes a case of virus ampules and warns Batou to stay away from the Solid State Society before leaving.
