An alien couple comes to Earth disguised as a cowboy and cowgirl and buy a pet shop from its owner in an attempt to try to eat some of Earth's children for dinner. They look like normal people aside from the fact that they have a third eye on their foreheads which they cover with their hats. One by one they give some pets to random kids free of charge. The pets at first seem normal, until they change into their alien forms. The kids meet when they return to the pet shop because their pets stop eating and need some type of "vitamins" that the aliens feed them.

The premise of the film opens with Tammy at cheerleader practice, while her boyfriend Michael walks in from football practice to observe. The two of them meet Byron, Tammys homosexual friend, who approves of Michael as her new boyfriend. Shortly thereafter, Tammy's violent and jealous ex-boyfriend Billy arrives with his gang and harass Michael. A violent fight erupts between Billy and Michael, with Billy gaining the upper hand by grabbing Michael by his testicles and not letting go. Michael retaliates by grabbing Billy by his testicles in the same fashion. The police arrive to break up the fight and get the two boys to release the grip on one another, with Billy clearly in pain, but Michael unfazed due to his wearing a protective cup. The police take Billy into custody, but Tammy, unable to deal with the events, breaks down and runs away in tears.

The three finalists for Plaything Magazine's "Centerfold of the Year" are Inga (Raelyn Saalman), Betty (Tammy Parks) and Angel Grace (J. J. North). During a photoshoot, Betty makes some rather scathing remarks regarding Angel's appearance. Angel becomes self-conscious, and goes to Dr. Lindstrom at his clinic. Angel had taken beauty enhancing treatments previously, but now wants to get back on the program. Though Lindstrom warns her that any additional doses could be fatal, Angel still pleads to be put back on the program. Dr. Lindstrom gives her a case with several vials, cautioning her to only take one a day. That night, Angel takes her first vial. The result of it causes her breasts to increase in size.

On the Green Beautiful, a utopian planet much smaller than Earth, Mila, a rather young woman - by the reckoning of her people, at any rate - volunteers to go on planet Earth at the yearly planet reunion. It has been two hundred years since they had last sent Osam (an old sage) and Mila's father there, and they had come back with what they believed were nasty tidings: the people of Earth lived in a generally bad condition. Osam mentions Napoleon and stresses the fact that at that point in the development on earth, there was still money - a notion that baffles even the wisest folk of the Green Beautiful. Apparently, it seems that without money, you have nothing. In time, we find out that important historical figures such as Jesus and Johann Sebastian Bach had come from this very planet.

The monster is brought to life, and the doctor sends it in pursuit of the Chipmunks. In their escape, the monster retrieves Theodore's dropped teddy bear.

The film opens at Blackadder Hall where the present day Lord Blackadder (Rowan Atkinson) is entertaining guests on New Year's Eve, 1999. As a scam, Blackadder informs them he has invented a working time machine and wagers £10,000 each that he can bring back anything they ask for. His guests – Archbishop Melchett (Stephen Fry), Archdeacon Kevin Darling (Tim McInnerny), Lieutenant George (Hugh Laurie) and Lady Elizabeth (Miranda Richardson) – announce that, if Blackadder is to win, he must bring back a genuine Roman centurion's helmet, the actual wellingtons worn by the Duke of Wellington on the day he won the Battle of Waterloo, and a really smelly pair of 200-year-old underpants. Blackadder intends to scam his guests by dredging the items from his personal store. However, he is stunned to discover that the time machine, built by Baldrick (Tony Robinson) after plans by Leonardo da Vinci, actually works.
