Frank Zagarino (born December 19, 1959 in Los Angeles, California) is an American actor, star of low budget action movies.
One of his early roles was in the movie Barbarian Queen (1985) in which he played opposite Lana Clarkson. Like several other American B movie stars he made many of his movies in Europe, especially in Italy. He starred in Ten Zan: The Ultimate Mission (1988) an Italian production filmed in North Korea, one of few foreign films filmed in that country (according to director Ferdinando Baldi, Zagarino was jailed for two days in North Korea because the Koreans suspected he was an American spy because he liked taking photos.). He later appeared in American movies such as Project Shadowchaser (1992) and its three sequels, and Operation Delta Force (1997). He also appeared in the computer game Command & Conquer: Tiberian Sun (1999).
He has also produced a number of films and directed three.

Maker (Master P), a hip-hop music mogul and crime boss, helps broker a deal between Noah (Gary Busey), a major dealer in illegal arms, and a consortium of extremist groups. However, Maker was cut out of the loop at the last minute and he's eager to get revenge—and his piece of the action. A major arms deal is going down, and 3 separate characters are desperately trying to get in on it. A group of know-troublemakers are working on experiments in the Far East. They have discovered a substance that penetrates into the human cells, and makes changes to the chromosomes and genes. These experiments are tested on young girls who are abducted from the local villages. They are brought to the "Center", which is heavily guarded by mercenaries. The leader of the scientists is an avid biologists, Professor Larson, who dreams to breed a master race to rule the world. The scientific organizations in Asia and Europe are aware of these experiments and decide to do something about it. A group of ex-commando fighters are used, which have never failed so far. The annual battle of the bands is raging. Two rival high schools, Malibu High School and Coldwater Canyon High, have two hot bands; The Firecats and Racer. When the lead singers of both bands, Piper (Evans) and Rick (Bradford), meet, they fall in love with each other and have to fight realities such as peer pressure, the fact they attend rival high schools and even Piper's older brother, Godzilla (Zagarino), try to stop their love from getting stronger.
