A police constable, Venkatappa (Srinivasa Murthy) meets Bellary Bhagyalakshmi (Malashri), a fraud and tells her his daughter, Kiran Bedi's (Malashri) story. Kiran was a police officer in Bangalore and resembled Bellary. There is a crime nexus run by Bhoopathy (Ashish Vidyarthi), his partners Naga (Kote), Mobile Nachappa (Rangayana Raghu), D'Souza and Muni in Bangalore. Bhoopathy's daughter Vicky murders a young civil service student, Shweta. Bhoopathy hides Vicky in Bhadramma's (Telangana Shakuntala) house. Kiran finds Vicky and kills him and Bhadramma. Bhoopathy, in a fit of rage, manages to kill Kiran. Venkatappa now requests Bellary to become Kiran Bedi and finish Bhoopathy and his associates. Bellary accepts after listening to the story and getting money for it. Bellary targets the whole nexus of Bhoopathy and slowly starts taking them down. But soon Bellary's identity is revealed in the court. Full of remorse, she enters civil services and becomes a real police officer finishing Bhoopathy.

Gudumba Shankar is a casanova. He is a small time thief who makes his living by arresting people. On his way to Mumbai, he accidentally meets Gowri. Both of them are forced to travel together. The film starts with Chandru (Sharan) marrying Priya (Asmita Sood) and on the very first night of their marriage they get separated. Dejected by this, Chandru attempts suicide several times, but in vain. He then hires a local Don (Ravishankar) and gives him a week's time to kill him. Vamsi (Gopichand) is the son of an affluent handloom house owner Muddu Krishna Rao (Paruchuri Venkateshwara Rao). He happens to fall in love with a girl Bujji (Bhavana) who is an orphan and stays in a hostel. With the consent of his parents, Vamsi tries to get engaged with Bujji. But she was kidnapped by a group of gangsters. Bujji is attempted to molest by one of gangster brother (Ajay) who is roughed up by Vamsi. The gangster (Ashish Vidyarthi) vows to take revenge and on the day of Gopichand marriage with Bujji. He kidnaps and rapes her in front of the hero. All this mishap happens because of support of MLA {Rajiv Kanakala} who is the close friend of Vamsi as he is promised with minister berth by the gangster and stabs Vamsi. Vamsi arrives Hyderabad and tries to trace the gangsters. Because of his betrayal, Vamsi kills his MLA friend Raghava (Rajiv Kanakala). Later in the movie, Sayaji Shinde interviews Vamsi's parents and family members because Vamsi is in a state of hallucination and he didn't know until he told him. The cop Syyaji Shinde investigates the case though at the end he catches the hero but releases him and gives his support for killing gangsters. The hero kills Lal Mahankali (Asish Vidyarthi) and rips his brother's arm off. Vamsi's dad tells him that Bujji dies the day of the engagement because she jumped off a rock building.
