Synopsis
Suraj (Venkatesh) is a mischief guy and his mother (Reema Lagoo) is disappointed with his behavior. Suraj comes to know about his mother's past, his father (D. Ramanaidu) is a Zamindar, owner of a palace called Swarna Palace who died because of debts and they lost their entire property, Suraj swears on his mother to again buy their Palace in any circumstances and make his mother happy. Lilly (Raveena Tandon) a petty thief, is very greedy women, Suraj falls in love with her in the first look, but she turns him down. Chota Ravan (Shakti Kapoor) a rowdy opponent to Lilly, teases Suraj a lot and he falls sick.Actors

Akelinder or Bhangari Dada (Kader Khan) has a shop at Chor bazaar which he runs illegally, he lives with his wife and only daughter Kiran (Raveena Tandon). Bhangari wants his daughter to be married to a gangster, so he begins his search. He finds Shakti dada (Shakti Kapoor) and wants him to be married to Kiran but Kiran already loves Raj (Govinda), a wealthy man who has no links to crime. But in order to satisfy her dad, she persuades Raj to pose as a Gangster for time being. For this they search a Trainer called Subramaniam (Johnny Lever), who teaches Raj to act as a Gangster. Finally Raj becomes successful posing as a gangster but Bhangari's dad (Kader Khan) somehow appears and doesn't want Kiran to marry to a gangster.

Baba and Avinash are brothers who lives in a shanty house with their widowed mother, who makes a living as a housemaid. When a stalker attempts to rape their mother, Baba knives him to death, and the three, along with an orphan named Nawab, take shelter with an underworld don named Uncle. Baba would like Avinash to study and become a better person, and in order to do this he decides to make crime his career. When Avinash completes his studies and wants to enroll himself in the police academy, Baba helps him monetarily by accepting his first contract killing. Avinash does complete his training at the police academy and soon becomes a police inspector. One of his first assignments is to be apprehend and arrest Baba and Nawab - much to his shock, as he had never associated his very own brother of having any criminal background. Avinash must now decide to proceed on with apprehending Baba and Nawab, or quit from the police force.
