Robert Cabot "Bobby" Sherman, Jr. (born July 22, 1943), is an American singer, actor and occasional songwriter, who became a popular teen idol in the late 1960s and early 1970s.
He graduated in 1961 from Birmingham High School in Van Nuys, California. Sherman attended Pierce College in Woodland Hills, California.
Sherman later married Patti Carnel from 1971-1979. The couple divorced. They had two sons, Christopher and Tyler, born in the early 1970s. Both of his sons are married and have children of their own, making Sherman a grandfather of six. Sherman is remarried and lives in the Los Angeles area.

It is December 31, 1982, and the Saturn Theater is preparing for its big New Year's Eve concert under the direction of owner and master showman Max Wolfe (Allen Garfield, credited as Allen Goorwitz), who has operated the Saturn since 1968. Assisting Max are stage manager Neil Allen (Daniel Stern), and visiting former stage manager Willy Loman (Gail Edwards).
