David Valcin is an American actor. He is perhaps best known for his recurring role as Eddie Fairbanks on the sitcom Two of a Kind (1998–1999), starring Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. He appeared in thirteen out of the twenty-two episodes of that series.
Some of his other television acting credits include Just Shoot Me!, The Practice, The Guardian, Law & Order, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, Rescue Me, Third Watch and Monk. As well as having a recurring role as Anthony Marconi on the action drama Person of Interest.
He has also appeared in the films Crocodile 2: Death Swamp (2002) and New Year's Eve (2011).
He currently lives in Manhattan, New York.

On New Year's Eve, Vice-President of the Times Square Alliance Claire Morgan (Hilary Swank) is making the final arrangements for the ball drop with the help of her friend Police Officer Brendan (Chris "Ludacris" Bridges). Meanwhile, after being nearly run over by a car and denied a vacation, Ahern Records secretary Ingrid Withers (Michelle Pfeiffer) quits her job and offers the deliveryman Paul Doyle (Zac Efron) tickets for the Ahern Records Masquerade Ball if Paul helps her complete a series of New Year's resolutions before midnight, which he accepts.

After a bank robbery, four criminals try to escape to the village of Santo Cristo in Acapulco, but they hijack the plane when a storm requires the pilot to start to turn around. They force the pilot to continue flying. After the copilot struggles with one of the hijackers, the plane's instrument panel is destroyed and it crashes. Most of the passengers and one of the hijackers die in the crash. The criminals gather the remaining passengers, killing those too injured to be of use, and force the rest to haul their loot through the swamp to the town they need to reach to finish their escape. While they gather the loot, a crocodile suddenly emerges from the water and eats the pilot. The criminals empty three guns into it, killing it.
