Antastulu or Anthasthulu is a 1965 Telugu Drama film directed by V. Madhusudan Rao.
It is a Musical film with some melodious songs by Ghantasala Venkateswara Rao, P. Susheela and Bhanumathi Ramakrishna. The Music score is provided by K. V. Mahadevan. The film has garnered the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Telugu in 1965.

Ravi (Akkineni), son of Bhushaiah (Gummadi) is studying at Visakhapatnam. He loves his classmate Saroja (Krishna Kumari). Saroja's mother is cheated by Chalapati. He accidentally meets her while stealing a necklace from Saroja. Bhushaiah is sentimental about Kulam (Caste) and Gotram and does not accept his love. Ravi leaves the house and marries Saroja in a Temple. Ravi is posted as a police inspector in the same town. His nephew (Relangi) is arrested while gambling. Because of his father, he could not attend the marriage of his sister. His mother dies of mental illness, which brings about a change in Bhushaiah. Ravi has a son, who attracts Bhushaiah to visit him secretly and even gifts him a gold chain. Chalapati attempts to rob the house of Bhushaiah and get caught by Ravi. At the end Bhushaiah leaves his casteism and invites his son, daughter-in-law and grandson to his house.

Ranga (Akkineni) is son of Teacher (Raavi Kondala Rao). His friend is Vasu (Jaggaiah). Buchabbai is proprietor of Buchabbai Estates. Buchabbai has a son Raju (Chalam) and two daughters (Kanchana and Rajasree). Vasu and Elder daughter are in love each other. Ranga works in the office of Buchabbai. Ranga hits the car driven by the daughters of Buchabbai. They influence their father to remove Ranga from the service. He protests peacefully in front of their house with friends. During this period he gets close to their daughters and son. He finally convinces Buchabbai with the help of Vasu (in disguise of his rich father) and becomes his son-in-law.

Vishwanatham (Nagayya), Ranganatham (Gummadi) and Jagannatham are childhood friends. Jaganatham marries a girl from lower caste and is cast out of the village. After the death of his wife, Jagannatham gets addicted to liquor. Vishwanatham helps him and sends money for the education of his son. Suryam (Akkineni Nageshwara Rao) is son of Jagannatham completed Medical education. Vishwanatham wants to give his daughter Vijaya (Krishna Kumari) to Suryam. But Ranganatham wants his son Chandram (Chalam) to marry Vijaya. Jagannatham dies accidentally falling from the stairs before his son returns. Vishwanatham dies of shock soon. Suryam returns to the village and started to provide medical services to the poor people suffering from Malaria. Radha (Girija) helps him as Nurse. After the death of Vishwanatham, Ranganatham creates differences between Suryam and Vijaya. How the differences get cleared with the intervention of Ramdas (Relangi) is rest of the story.

Mothi (Bhanumathi) is a poor Lambadi girl in a village. Raja (Nageswara Rao) came to see the rural nature. He is attracted to the beauty of Mothi and both love each other. He goes home town and forgets her. Meanwhile Mothi's father settles her marriage with Parasuram (Mukkamala). She escapes from home to avoid marriage and reach the town. She joins a dance troupe and giving performances. She identifies Raja with Lata (Sriranjani) in one of her shows and goes into shock. Unable to find Mothi, Raja marries Latha. Before the facts are known, Parasuram kills Mothi, while Mothi's friend kills Parasuram.

Madhu also called Chinnababu (Akkineni Nageswara Rao) a zamindar's son is very gullible who every one laughs at. One day he meets a girl Vasanthi (Jamuna) who stays in a portion of his house. Vasanthi becomes very friendly with Madhu and behaves very close to him as she sees Madhu just as a brother and nothing else where as in Madhu mistakens Vasanthi's friendly nature to love. One day Madhu has to leave to Chennai for higher studies. He writes letters but he never get any reply from Vasanthi to any of his letters. When he comes back he finds out Vasanthi and her family left the city without telling anybody. Madhu finds a letter from which he realizes that Vasanthi only saw him as a brother. He gets very depressed and falls sick. Seetha (Savitri), Ramakrishnaiah (Gummadi)'s daughter takes care of Madhu by taking care of his health and giving him company. The whole story is how he recovers from the depression he faces because of Vasanthi.
