Njanum Ente Familiyum (Malayalam: ഞാനും എന്റെ ഫാമിലിയും) is a 2012 Malayalam family film directed by K. K. Rajeev and starring Jayaram and Mamta Mohandas in the lead roles. Written by Cheriyan Kalpakavadi, it is the first feature film by television serial director K. K. Rajeev. The film examines the problems in a doctor family and is told in a humorous way. The film was shot from the locales of Palakkad and Munnar in Kerala and Pollachi in Tamil Nadu.
Synopsis
The film starts with Dr. Dinanathan and his family leaving for a vacation. But midway they get a call from the hospital due to an emergency surgery and he has to come back to the hospital for the surgery. Later, all goes well and the Dinanathan is called to Chennai for a surgery and it turns out to be his ex-lover Sophia's husband who dies in spite of the successful surgery and he sends a letter to Dinanathan telling him to take care of Sophia. From there the story continues in very complicated situations which resultes in the birth of Dinanathan's child from Sophia & death of Sophia due to a careless mistake and Dinanathan taking the baby into his own family.Actors

The story begins with the cold-blooded murder of Mary John Kurishingal (Nafisa Ali). Her adopted sons arrive for her funeral from various places; Bilal John Kurishingal -a gangster (Mammootty), Eddy John kurishingal-hotel owner(Manoj K Jayan), Murugan John Kurishingal- film stunt master(Bala) and Bijo -a student(Sumit Naval). The four brothers take it upon themselves to unearth the mystery behind their mother's murder. Bilal starts meeting his old friends and contacts in the Kochi underworld to get information on the killers. Little by little, they piece the evidence and find out that the murder was committed by two professional 'hitmen' from Mumbai. The ACP Balaji Shakthivel (Pasupathy) who is an upright cop, put in charge of investigations, tries his level best but cannot fetch any evidence to prove anything related. They soon find out that the murder was one of the many meticulously planned operations, aimed to check the teacher's intrusions into unlawful exporting of children from Kochi. As the Mayor (Ramesh Varma) and his henchman, an underworld don called Saiyuppu Tony (Sherveer Vakil) are involved, the brothers decide to take up arms to avenge their mother. How they accomplish their revenge forms the rest of the story.

Kunjoottan (Sreenivasan) is an innocent young man living in a remote village. He is the only heir to his rich, aristrocratic parents, Thamburan(Nedumudi Venu) and Kunjulakshmi(Sukumari).
