Synopsis
The film revolves around the love between the thief Sekar and village girl Anjali. Anjali falls in love with Sekar who is a thief hiding in their village and working in farm fields.One day Anjali and her parents get to know that he is a thief. Still loving Anjali elopes with him without listening her parents advice.Sekar's parents also didn't allow him to enter the house. Sekar gets help from his thief friends.Meanwhile his parents makes arrangements for his marriage with Anjali. Night before marriage his friends makes him to drink a lot and sold Anjali for money.Police catches Sekar. He escapes and finds the place where Anjali was sold and kills the women who does the flesh business there. Meanwhile Anjali was sent in car.People who drives the car gets to know about the death of that women through phone and tries to kill Anjali and throws her out of car. Hospitalized Anjali was killed by her father who fears of media attention as the media is waiting for her to get to know more details about the flesh business as she too one among the person who was kept there by the killed women.Actors

An aspiring young wannabe actor Raja (Rajinikanth) from a village get into a fast city which is full of crooks and drug dealers. As he searching for a place in the dream factory, he falls for the daughter of the house owner (Jaiganesh). Charmed by his looks and character, the girl (Gowthami) also falls for him. One day he accidentally meet his childhood friend Bhaskar (Raghuvaran) who is a spoiled rich guy. He offers Raja an acting job, then takes him to his uncle's house. Raja is to be in charge of the administration of the household and take care of five children (Bhaskar's nieces and nephews) each of whom have issues (such as being lazy, not studying etc). Raja finds out that Bhaskar is cheating his uncle out of funds and using him to do the same. Bhaskar involves in drug business along with his associates (Azhagu, Kitty). Ravichandran who has blindness recovers from the problem and pretends to be blind in order to find out the truth of Bhaskar. After finding out the truth, Ravichandran throws Bhaskaran out of the home. In retaliation, Bhaskar takes away his uncle's car resulting in Ravichandran getting arrested for drugs. Raja along with children goes to Bhaskar's den catches him redhandedly.

Gopalakrishnan (Pandiarajan), a clever cook from Coimbatore, moves to an apartment in Chennai. He becomes quickly popular and appreciated among the apartment's women, however their husbands get jealous of Gopalakrishnan. Meanwhile, he falls in love with Usha (Kushboo). He decides to marry her with the support of his neighbours. After the marriage, Usha has just learned that Gopalakrishnan was already married. There are two brothers called Bommana Brothers (Allari Naresh and Krishna Bhagavaan) who were thieves by profession and their parents (Tanikella Bharani and Kovai Sarala) always encourage them to do thefts as they too practise the same. Once, these Bommana Brothers cheat a bank manager (Dharmavarapu Subramanyam) and escape with the money. Of course, they get caught by the police and escape from the police too with the help of their father. Then, they accidentally look at the photograph of two sisters and gather information about them. The film tells the story of an architect, Kathir (Karu Pazhaniappan), who is talented but also forthright in his dealings whether in office or in his personal life. He doesn't have any girlfriend or many friends whether at work or in personal life. When he is asked to design a spanking new showroom for Honda Dealership, Nandini (Meenakshi) one of the employees there meets Kathir in connection with the new design and falls in love with Kathir's forthrightness unbeknownst to him. He doesn't pay much attention to Meenakshi's overtures initially, perhaps influenced by his troubled childhood. He is approached by Shankar (Rishi), Nandini's colleague who happens to like her, to find out what it is that attracts her to Kathir, for which Kathir drags Shankar to Nandini's house and asks him to convey his love for Nandini himself. This increases Nandini's attraction towards Kathir's straightforward attitude. Gradually, Kathir starts to like her but at the same time he also fears that she is cheating on him and tries to kill her. He goes to the police station confessing his crime that he killed her. When police come to find the body in his apartment, they are unable to find the body. Kathir's friend Manmadha Naidu (Thambi ramaiah) says that last night Kathir was talking to himself and broken all the things in a fit of anger (When Kathir saw Nandini sleeping with Srikanth, Kathir got angry broken all the things imagining himself as killing Nandhini). Kathir had a troubled childhood where his mother committed suicide after her illegal affair with his father's friend came to light, his father also died at the same time, which made him to view things in a different light. In the end, Nandini claimed that she planned things to make him reform him but Kathir in anger says that he celebrate people dying. In next scene, kathir receives a call that nandini had committed suicide he immediately goes to hospital and finds out that nandini didn't commit suicide and she gave him shock to make him realize the wrongdoings. The film ends with Nandini and Kathir uniting, reflection of kathir's father gives acceptance.

The film starts with an imprisoned Suruli (Vidharth) recalling his love for Mynaa (Amala Paul) since childhood that becomes more intense as they grow.
