Synopsis
Sergio Benvenuti is a shy seller of contracts for a Roman company of music, but because of his character he cannot find even a customer. So he asks for help from a fellow named Nadia. But the two have never seen themselves, and so it takes a equivoc. In fact Sergio is also a friend of a penniless swindler, who before his arrest for corruption told him many nonsense notices about important American actors like Robert De Niro, John Wayne and Robert Redford. When Nadia arrives for work at home of the arrested, meanwhile occupied by Sergio, she believes him to be a major womanizer.Actors

Carlo Verdone plays three roles in three episodes joined together. The Roman hick Enzo must by car with a friend to reach a party of friends outside of Italy. The flower child Ruggero returns to Rome from his father (Mario Brega) who believes that the guy has psychological problems, and so he calls home this home a priest, a teacher and a very problematic nephew. Mr. Mario then is going to change the mentality of the guy with the help of these wise people, in the hope that Ruggero and his girlfriend (who is also a flower child ) find themselves the right way to live in a modern society. Finally the shy and awkward Leo find the love in a Spanish girl, but she gives him a lot of problems. In fact she is not alone and intends to recover an affair with her ex.

Rome. Oscar Pettinari, appelé affectueusement Troppo forte (trop fort) par ses amis, est un jeune banlieusard qui fréquente Cinecittà et rêve de devenir acteur de films d'action, ou à tout le moins de jouer les cascadeurs. Avec l'aide de cet étrange personnage, Oscar met en scène un accident de moto pour piéger le producteur qui l'a écarté de son film, mais le destin fait en sorte qu'au volant de l'automobile qui l'aurait percuté se trouve non pas ledit producteur, mais bien Nancy, une jeune et ravissante actrice américaine (aussi amante de l'homme), qui perdra son rôle à la suite de cette histoire.

Bernardo is dumped by his girlfriend and begins a period of meetings with his psychologist. Gepy is a famous host of a very popular Italian talk show in Rome. On the talk show, in which the serious problems of the Italians of the lower middle class are (trivially) analyzed, one day a disabled girl who is forced in a wheelchair is invited to participate. The young girl named Arianna immediately discovers the careless manner that Gepy uses to analyze the problems of the participants, because he almost uses them as puppets to advertise himself.
