Robert Edward Randall (December 9, 1904 – March 7, 1988) was an American film actor known under his stage name as Bob Livingston. He appeared in 135 films between 1921 and 1975.
On December 18, 1947, he married Margaret M. Roach, daughter of famous director/producer Hal Roach. They had one son, actor/writer Addison Randall born on August 13, 1949. He was named after Livingston's younger brother, Addison Randall, who had died at the relatively young age of 39 while shooting the film The Royal Mounted Rides Again in 1945. Livingston and Margaret Roach later divorced in 1951.
Often billed as "Bob Livingston," he was the original "Stony Brooke" in the "Three Mesquiteers" Western B-movie series, a role later played by John Wayne for eight films. He also portrayed the Lone Ranger in a mysterious 1939 serial directed by William Witney and co-starring Chief Thundercloud as Tonto, most of which is currently believed to be lost.
Livingston was born in Quincy, Illinois, and died in Tarzana, California, from emphysema. He was buried in Glendale's Forest Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery.

Donna Taylor is a young prostitute recruited by a criminal organization known as "The Syndicate" to help blackmail their latest target, a politician. She agrees to carry out their plan of meeting him in his hotel room, drugging his drink, and having pictures taken of him while he is unconscious. She soon finds out the drug she administered was not a simple sedative as she had been told by Sandra and Erica, the two members of the Syndicate accompanying her, but a lethal poison. They threaten to kill Donna if she does not stay silent about the murder. After they depart to dispose of the body, Donna arranges to use the friend's place in Mexico to hide out. Unknown to her, the Syndicate is monitoring the hotel room.

Trans-Global Airlines president Douglas Harrison (Pierre Watkin) wants to force Terry O'Rourke (Robert Livingston), and his rival Polar Airways out of business. When Kay Cameron (Mae Clarke) asks for a job, Harrison connives to have her infiltrate O'Rourke's operation in his Edmonton, Alberta headquarters. She is assigned to work on the official documents required by Jimmy Travis (Russell Arms), a Canadian customs official. Soon after, a Polar Airways flight encounters trouble when an oil line breaks.
