Synopsis
Russell et Alva Silby sont un couple riche et pourtant Russell est attiré par l'Afrique pour vivre de nouvelles histoires d'amour et de nouvelles aventures. Il y reste des années et Alva envoie un détective pour le retrouver. Enfin, elle reçoit un télégramme plein d'espoir et elle part pour l'Afrique. Après trois mois de recherches, juste avant d'abandonner, elle apprend d'un commerçant indien nommé Radscha Sana à un poste de commerce éloigné. Elle le recherche et a accès à son harem. Surpris par la nudité ouverte d'esprit des femmes du harem, elle est témoin d'un meurtre par jalousie de la préférée de Sana. Ils sont confondus avec l'auteur et jetés dans le cachot. Là, Sana lui rend visite et tombe amoureuse d'elle. La nuit suivante, cependant, Alva s'échappe et erre dans la jungle. Après trois jours, elle entend les tambours d'une tribu indigène. Il s'agit exclusivement de femmes nues et de leur princesse Loma. Elle découvre Russell, pour qui Loma semble être tombé amoureux. Elle décide de se battre pour son mari et se déshabille et fait un pas séduisant devant son mari. Finalement, elle le reconquiert.Comments

Siu-bak-choi (lit. "Little Cabbage") is a servant of the physician Yeung Nai-mou. Yeung is open towards the topic of sex, which is usually considered taboo in traditional Chinese society. He invents a type of condom to help people avoid contracting sexually transmitted diseases, but his idea was not accepted and he was scorned at. Lau Hoi-sing, the lecherous son of a local judge, has an adulterous affair with Yeung's wife, but they are discovered by Little Cabbage. Yeung's wife tries to send Little Cabbage away by forcing the latter to marry Gok Siu-dai so as to prevent Little Cabbage from telling Yeung about her secret affair. Lau has been eyeing Little Cabbage for some time and he rapes her, but is discovered by Gok. Yeung's wife is afraid of being implicated so she instigates Lau to murder Gok and frame Yeung and Little Cabbage for the deed. The pair are put on trial and subjected to tortures to force them to "confess" to the crime.

A couple of newlyweds, Olga and Michael, are traveling along the desert and accidentally trespass on the property of Magda Urtado (Ajita Wilson), who is the director of a boot camp of sorts, where the women are treated as slaves and are half naked at all times. Magda keeps Olga in captivity while Michael is free to go, but later on in the film he plans an escape for Olga. She goes to work with the other girls out in the hot desert, and the rest of the film is a series of subplots, including in which a few of the workers are sent out to be hookers, one where a worker participates in a deadly game of cat and mouse, and one where the impotent Governor (Antonio Mayans, billed as Robert Foster) buys a couple of the workers to help him perform. There is also a scene where the Governor is finally able to have sex with his wife, but only while watching one of the females being raped by a dog. Director Jess Franco also stars in the movie as an obviously gay man.

Ashanti is an action adventure film, set against the background of modern day slave trading, with a man who determinedly takes on a perilous journey in order to find his beautiful wife, who has been kidnapped by brutal slave traders. David and Anansa Linderby (Caine and Johnson respectively) are doctors with the World Health Organization. On a medical mission carrying out an inoculation programme, they visit a West African village. While David takes photographs of tribal dancers, Anansa goes swimming alone. She is attacked and abducted by slave traders led by Suleiman (Peter Ustinov), who mistake her for an Ashanti tribeswoman. The police can do nothing to find her and David has almost given up hope when he hears rumours that Anansa has been kidnapped by Sulieman to be sold to Arab Prince Hassan (Omar Sharif). The African authorities deny that the slave trade even exists. So David must find help in a shadowy world where the rescuers of slaves are just as ruthless as the traders themselves. As David tracks her across Africa and the Sahara desert, he is helped by a member of the Anti-Slavery League (Rex Harrison), a mercenary helicopter pilot (William Holden), and Malik (Kabir Bedi) a tribesman who is seeking revenge on Suleiman.

The movie opens on divorce proceedings involving Ray Reardon (James Spader), a successful architect, and his first wife. Shortly after their divorce, he agrees to go to a gallery opening to meet a woman that his obnoxious friend, Norman (Larry Miller), sets him up with. While he is there, he embarrasses himself by bumping into a woman (Amick), making her spill wine on herself. She wastes no time verbally abusing him. A week later, he runs into the woman, named Lena Mathers, at the supermarket. She apologizes for her behavior and the two go to dinner. They have sex the next day, marry shortly thereafter and become parents.
