Synopsis

Ils sont cinq à randonner sur le GR 20, dans les montagnes corses : Mathieu, qui espérait retrouver Bernadette (qui n'est pas venue), Louis, qui fuit une liaison orageuse, Eric, le guide, un homme marié qui s'autorise des escapades lors des randonnées qu'il organise, Nadine, amoureuse d'Eric qui la dédaigne, et Cora, qui rêve de rencontrer le grand amour et saisit toutes les occasions de fuir sa solitude. Les paysages sont somptueux mais le chemin difficile…

Dix ans après leurs vacances en Corse, Mathieu et son frère Louis tiennent un magasin de photocopies à Paris, Cora est mariée à Jean-Jacques, un homme divorcé qui passe toutes ses vacances avec sa sœur à Pornic, et Nadine cherche encore le grand amour mais doit se contenter de rencontres furtives avec Hervé, qui est marié et a des enfants. Tous les quatre décident de repartir en vacances ensemble sur la Côte d'Azur. Le premier jour, ils visitent Saint-Tropez. En soirée, Mathieu s'attarde et retrouve Éric, le guide que lui et les autres avaient connu en Corse dix ans auparavant. Éric, heureux de le revoir propose bientôt à Mathieu et au reste de la bande d'être à nouveau leur guide. Ceux-ci découvrent à quel point il s'est enrichi, mais Éric cache bien des choses.
