Don Johnson stars as a member of a United States Cavalry detachment refusing to slaughter its horses after being ordered to do so by General Douglas MacArthur. The movie follows the plight of the officers as they attempt to save the animals that the Army no longer needs as it modernizes toward a mechanized military. The movie claims to be based on a true story but without firm evidence to support the claim.
Synopsis
The movie opens in 1932 when World War I veterans are protesting and rallying in Washington D.C. for war bonuses they were promised but never received from the government, a true event known as the Bonus March. U.S. cavalry and infantry are present for crowd control. The mounted cavalry is ordered by Major John Hardesty (Bob Gunton), to present their sabers in order to hold back the protesters. First Sergeant John "Top" Libbey (Don Johnson), along with three fellow soldiers, refuse to draw their swords because the demonstrators were men they served with during the war. As a consequence, their military careers are tarnished and they are relegated to duty at a remote post in the American Southwest.Actors

While Jack Conroy (Ethan Hawke) was in San Francisco, White Fang was living and banding together with his master's friend, Henry Casey (Scott Bairstow). While they were sailing to bring their gold to town, they had been washed up. At the Native Americans tribe, Moses ( Al Harrington) had a dream about White Fang with his daughter Lilly (Charmaine Craig). He said that Lilly will guide them the way to finding the wolf due to this dream. Lilly sailed to the river, and then walked through the forest, when she heard White Fang barking. She ran as fast as she could, and she saw White Fang, but White Fang suddenly disappeared, then she saw Henry appearing, leading her to believe that the wolf (White Fang) had changed into Henry. She rescued Henry from the river and placed him inside her small boat, and traveled back to the starving tribe. Then she introduced Henry to her father, when they got back to Lilly's home. While Moses was telling Henry that he is the wolf, Henry said that he is not the wolf, and that the wolf was his friend, White Fang, and that he himself is a human, leading to a laughter from the crowd. In actuality, White Fang was left at the river,but he got out of the waters and onto land. White Fang then walked through the wilderness in the forest, and saw some wolves. He followed them, saw a pack, but he did not socialize with them.

After a series of Amazonian Indian attacks on US owned petroleum installation in Brazil, both governments start a secret 'special program'. During the Civil War six survivors escape from a prison camp in Richmond, Virginia by hot air balloon and find themselves on an uncharted island in the Pacific. At a loading dock in Cleveland, Ohio in 1937, supervisor Mr. Gant welcomes a new worker, Lincoln Dombrowsky (Frank McRae). Gant tells him the job requirements and pay rules. He'll be paid for working 8 hours and if he has to work overtime, he still gets paid only for 8 hours. If he drops any of the merchandise, the cost comes directly out of his pay. These are examples of unfair working practices faced by the laborers. Later Dombrowsky drops a few carts of tomatoes, which is taken out of his pay; another worker is fired for helping him collect the fallen merchandise. Johnny Kovak (Sylvester Stallone), another worker resentful of mistreatment, leads a riot. Afterward, the workers go to the office of Boss Andrews. Kovak believes he negotiates a deal for the workers, but the next day he and his friend Abe Belkin (David Huffman) are told they are fired.

Avner, an adept Israeli military officer is selected as the leader of a Mossad team of expert agents for a covert mission to avenge the Munich massacre and other recent terrorist acts.
