Monsieur je-sais-tout est une comédie dramatique française écrite et réalisée par Stéphan Archinard et François Prévôt-Leygonie sortie en 2018. Le film est adapté du roman d'Alain Gillot, La surface de réparation (Flammarion, 2015).
Synopsis
Vincent Barteau, un quarantenaire divorcé, est un ex footballeur professionnel désormais entraîneur d'un club de recrutement de jeunes talents du football. En rupture avec sa famille, il avait définitivement claqué la porte de ses parents dès l'âge adulte quand son père avait refusé de le voir embrasser la carrière de footballeur. Sa sœur, personnage compliqué qui court le monde, a abandonné son fils Léonard aux grands-parents, propriétaires d'un château sur une île de la côte atlantique. Alors que Françoise Barteau est à l'hôpital pour subir un pontage, ses deux employés espagnols, Antonio et Lidia se débarrassent de Léonard, de surnom Léo, pour le confier à Vincent, contre son gré, alors que ce dernier se prépare à partir en Chine pour aller y entraîner une équipe de football.Actors

Paul, Walter et Jacques sont trois grands amis quinquagénaires aux caractères très différents. Jacques est un grand intellectuel homosexuel et libraire parisien, Walter, patron du grand restaurant Les trois zèbres, est un malotru fort en gueule et intolérant qui brigue une troisième étoile au Guide Michelin, et Paul est un écrivain en panne d'inspiration. Les trois amis se retrouvent régulièrement à la librairie de Jacques pour partager un repas et une excellente bouteille. Walter Orsini, en père paternaliste et possessif, surprotège sa fille Clémence de 20 ans qu'il élève seul après son divorce, et invente des subterfuges pour qu'elle ne prenne pas son indépendance. À Bruxelles, Antoine, la quarantaine un peu usée, est photographe sur commande. Il mène sa vie entre la bouteille et des réparties ironiquement désabusées. Il s'occupe également de Matéo, le petit garçon d'une voisine qu'il garde, fait travailler et qu'il éduque avec sa façon de voir la vie. Les notes de l'étude Révolutionnaire de Chopin à travers la cour lui font remarquer une étudiante dans un appartement en face. Un soir de 31 décembre, alors qu'il la suit au bout de son objectif, il la perd avant de la retrouver sur le toit à esquisser quelques pas de danse et qu'elle se jette dans la cour. Antoine prévient les secours et l'accompagne à l'hôpital : Elena n'a finalement que quelques fractures. Il découvre une personnalité idéaliste et exigeante. Leurs fêlures les font se rapprocher. Elena, qui a repris sa thèse sur l'archéologie égyptienne sous-marine, est également éducatrice dans un centre pour délinquantes. Leur relation, platonique, va les aider à retrouver une confiance en eux et éclaircir leurs vies respectives.

In 1981, Forrest Gump (Tom Hanks), a man with below-average intelligence, watches a feather fall from the sky at a bus stop in Savannah, Georgia. As he sits down on a bench, he removes a copy of The Adventures of Curious George from his suitcase and places the feather inside the pages. He introduces himself and begins telling his life story to strangers who sit next to him on the bench, recounting his childhood in Greenbow, Alabama. As a child in the 1950s, Forrest (Michael Connor Humphreys) had to wear leg braces for which other children make fun of him. He lives with his single mother (Sally Field) in a very large house outside of town, which they rent rooms to travelers. His father apparently left and he never knew him. Despite his limited mental capacity, Mrs. Gump tells her son that "stupid is as stupid does" (which he later uses as a retort when called "stupid") and also assures him that he is no different from any of the other children. Forrest is admitted to public school despite his IQ being below the cut-off, but only after his mother agrees to a one-night stand with the principal, Mr. Hancock (Sam Anderson). On his first bus ride to school, Forrest is rejected by nearly all of his peers except for Jenny Curran (Hanna R. Hall). He and Jenny become best friends, and he helps her hide from her abusive, alcoholic father. One day, while fleeing from bullies, Forrest's leg braces break apart and he discovers that he can run very fast. A few years later, Forrest inadvertently runs onto the field during a local high school football match and catches the attention of Coach Bryant from the University of Alabama who is scouting for players. Forrest attends the university on an athletic scholarship and becomes a college football star, earning him a spot on the College Football All-America Team and a trip to the White House to meet President John F.

In 1976, eight-year-old Mary Daisy Dinkle (Bethany Whitmore) lives a lonely life in Mount Waverley, Australia. Murphy "Barfi" Johnson (Ranbir Kapoor) is an optimistic, street-wise, charming young man who was born deaf-mute to a Nepali couple in Darjeeling. She also falls in love with Barfi but her mother dissuades her from pursuing him because he could not take care of her with his disabilities and lack of money. Shruti takes her mother's advice, gets married, and moves to Kolkata, breaking all contact with Barfi.
