Françoise Annette Luce Spira était une comédienne française, née à Paris le 7 décembre 1928 ; elle décède à Neauphle-le-Château (Yvelines), où elle se donne la mort le 4 janvier 1965.

Elle faisait partie de l'aventure théâtrale du TNP de Jean Vilar. De 1962 à 1965 elle assure la direction du théâtre de l'Athénée.

Lors du tournage du film d'Alain Resnais L'Année dernière à Marienbad, dans lequel elle joue un petit rôle, elle réalise un film en super 8 qui est redécouvert 50 ans plus tard par son dernier compagnon, Jean-Baptiste Thierrée, et monté par Volker Schlöndorff en 2010 sous le titre Souvenirs d'une année à Marienbad.

At a social gathering at a château or baroque hotel, a man approaches a woman. He claims they met the year before at Marienbad and is convinced that she is waiting there for him. The woman insists they have never met. A second man, who may be the woman's husband, repeatedly asserts his dominance over the first man, including beating him several times at a mathematical game (a version of Nim). Through ambiguous flashbacks and disorienting shifts of time and location, the film explores the relationships among the characters. Conversations and events are repeated in several places in the château and grounds, and there are numerous tracking shots of the château's corridors, with ambiguous voiceovers. The characters are unnamed in the film; in the published screenplay, the woman is referred to as "A", the first man is "X", and the man who may be her husband is "M".

La France sous l’Occupation. Exécutée pour trahison envers la Résistance, Cora, nom de code « La Chatte », avait été laissée pour morte. Récupérée et soignée par les Allemands, le docteur von Hollwitz, pratique sur elle un lavage de cerveau pour la contrôler et l’utiliser comme contre-espionne. Au printemps 1944, on simule son évasion pour qu’elle reprenne contact avec la Résistance. Elle doit faire capoter la mission de Charles, ingénieur à la SNCF, qui consiste à faire sauter un train chargé de V1 destinés à alimenter les rampes de lancement installées sur les côtes françaises pour bombarder Londres. Mais au dernier moment, La Chatte retrouve sa lucidité.

The film is set in France during the Seven Years' War. As the film begins, Fanfan (Gérard Philipe) is a charming, attractive young man who is trying to escape a shotgun marriage. At this vulnerable point in his life, he is approached by the daughter of a recruiting officer, Adeline (played by Gina Lollobrigida), who tells him that if he joins the army, he will find fame, fortune, and will marry the king's daughter. Accordingly he joins the army, only to discover that she made the whole thing up in order for her father to get a recruiting bonus. Nevertheless, encouraged by a series of improbable circumstances, he accepts her prediction as his destiny. A series of events ensues which shows off to great advantage his athleticism and leadership ability. As the film progresses, we become aware of a developing attraction between himself and Adeline which however conflicts with his perceived “destiny” of marrying a king's daughter.
