Nicole Beharie (born January 3, 1985) is an American actress and singer. She is known for her roles in the drama film American Violet (2008), the drama Shame (2011), which is about a man's sexual addiction, and the biographical sports drama 42 (2013). Since September 2013, she has starred in the Fox fantasy series Sleepy Hollow.

Beharie was in a relationship with Michael Fassbender her Shame co-star in 2012 though by early 2013 she confirmed they had split.
