Michael O'Keefe (born April 24, 1955) is an American film and television actor best known as Danny Noonan in Caddyshack. O'Keefe received nominations for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor and the Golden Globe Award for New Star of the Year for his performance in The Great Santini.

Biography

O'Keefe was married to rock/blues singer Bonnie Raitt from April 27, 1991 to November 9, 1999 when they were divorced. He has been a practicing Zen Buddhist since 1981. He holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Bennington College. He married actress Emily Donahoe in 2011.
