Fury is a 1923 American silent drama adventure film produced by and starring Richard Barthelmess. It was directed by Henry King and released through First National Pictures which was then called Associated First National.

The synopsis of this film has a strange foreboding character concerning actor Tyrone Power whose character Captain Leyton dies of heart attack, leaving his son, called 'Boy' played by Barthelmess, to carry on. In real life actor Power would die of a heart attack in 1931 in the arms of his own son Tyrone Power, the later film star.

The survival status of this film is unknown.

Synopsis

Le capitaine Leyton traite son fils Boy durement pour éliminer toute faiblesse, mais il est si empli de joie lorsque Boy défend courageusement la personnalité de sa fiancée Minnie, qu'il en a une crise cardiaque. Avant de mourir, Leyton charge Boy de le venger du départ de sa mère avec un autre homme. Boy retrouve sa mère, découvre que l'autre homme en question était le second de Leyton, Morgan, et le jette par-dessus bord. Il retourne ensuite vers Minnie pour l'épouser.

Pour aider sa mère devenue pauvre, Joe Newbolt se loue à Isom Chase, un homme sévère. In August 1500, Andrea Orsini (Tyrone Power), an artistic minor nobleman who is equally skilled with the brush, the sword, words, and women, serves the Machiavellian Prince Cesare Borgia (Orson Welles) as a soldier. In 1940, American-built North American Harvard training aircraft are flown to just outside Canada, where they are towed across the border for use by Britain. (The procedure is necessary to avoid violating the Neutrality Acts, as the United States is still neutral.) Cocky American pilot Tim Baker (Tyrone Power) decides to fly across the border to Trenton, Ontario, and winds up in trouble with the military authorities, unconvincingly claiming he was looking for Trenton, New Jersey. Baker ferries a Lockheed Hudson bomber to Britain, pocketing $1,000 for his work.
