Nila Pennae (Moon Girl) is a 1990 Indian Tamil film directed by R. G. Elavalagan and produced by R. M. Veerappan. It stars Anand and Divya Bharti. The film was critically and financially unsuccessful, and is known as Bharti's only Tamil film.

Synopsis
Anand lives in the city and decides to stay in a village within a forest for some time. As he is very stressed due to the city life, he meets an old guru woman who creates a girl (Divya Bharti) for Anand. He falls in love immediately and so does the girl whom Anand calls Surya. The story begins with Arjun (Sathyaraj) being arrested for multiple crimes. In the past, Arjun was a happy-go-lucky young man. His brother (Delhi Ganesh), a factory's union leader, clashed with his superiors (M. N. Nambiar, Malaysia Vasudevan and Chitra Lakshmanan) for bonus. In the meantime, Arjun fell in love with Radha (Radha). To help the labourer, Arjun cheated the factory's owners as a fake income tax officer, he managed to take all their black money and he gave it to the labourers. Later, Arjun's brother, sister-in-law and his niece were killed. In anger, he tried to kill the culprit and failed. Siva Prasad (Captain Raju), Radha's brother, advised him to surrender but, as an innocent, he refused. However, Siva Prasad arrested him in surprise. Arjun was tortured and his head was shaved. Therefore, a bald Arjun comes to the court. Despite everything was against Arjun, the judge Ram Prakash (Sivaji Ganesan) feels that he is innocent. So Ram Prakash sentences that Arjun will be under house arrest in his isolated island. Along with Ram Prakash how Arjun kills the culprits forms the rest of the story.

Gopalakrishnan (Pandiarajan), a clever cook from Coimbatore, moves to an apartment in Chennai. He becomes quickly popular and appreciated among the apartment's women, however their husbands get jealous of Gopalakrishnan. Meanwhile, he falls in love with Usha (Kushboo). Aadmi is the story of an honest man (Vijay M. Srivastav) and his fight against corruption and country's traitors, but he is trapped and Jailed for a crime (murder of his own parents and brother), which he never committed. Vijay Srivastav lives a middle-classed lifestyle in Bombay along with dad, Mohanlal, mom, Sharda, and a younger brother, Raju. His father and brother manage a restaurant named 'Sahiba', while Vijay works as a Supervisor at the Ordnance Factory that manufacturers RDX for the Government of India and also moonlights as a self-defense instructor. He meets with wealthy Rekha, the only daughter of Advocate Saxena, and both fall in love with each other. Their respective parents meet and arrange their marriage. Before even the engagement could take place, Vijay is arrested by the Police and charged with killing his parents and brother, tried in Court, found guilty, and sentenced to five years in jail. On his first day behind bars, he is approached by Inspector Yeshwant Deshmukh, who asks him to cooperate and abduct Deepak, the son of an underworld don, and if he does so, he will only aid the Police but his crime will be pardoned and he will be released. He comes out of Jail, to destroy his enemies. Among other things, this film was notable for well known villain Shakti Kapoor's rare positive role of an honest police officer.

Police Inspector Jai (Govinda) lives a middle-class life with his mother (Aruna Irani) and physically and mentally challenged brother Sunder (Govinda in double role). One day he arrests a man named Pandey, and after questioning him, finds out that the person behind this crime was a man named Guman Singh (Raza Murad). He gets on the trail of Guman Singh, arrests him, and keeps him in a cell. Then a series of explosions creat havoc in the city, with the assailants demanding the unconditional release of Guman. With the police having no clue as to the assailants whereabouts or where they are going to strike next, they release Guman. They threaten Jai with dire consequences, forcing Jai to resign from his job. Hoping that he and his family are safe, Jai starts to re-build his life, along with his sweetheart, Sharmila (Divya Bharti). Then tragedy strikes, his mother is killed in an accident, and his brother is abducted by Jagtap Singh (Kiran Kumar) and Guman, who demand that he return a bag containing their valuables.
