John Estill Vickery (born November 4, 1950 in Alameda, California) is an American stage and film actor known for his work in Babylon 5 and Star Trek. Vickery grew up in Oakland, California. He attended the University of California at Davis, where he pursued a degree in mathematics. After graduating from Davis he studied acting in London and worked in many productions in New York City.

In Babylon 5, he played both Neroon and Mr. Welles. Vickery would also make a guest appearance as the latter in the Babylon 5 spin-off, Crusade. His largest Star Trek role was as Rusot, a member of Damar's Cardassian resistance group, appearing in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episodes "The Changing Face of Evil", "When It Rains…" and "Tacking Into the Wind". He also played a Betazoid in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "Night Terrors" and a Klingon in the Star Trek: Enterprise episode "Judgment". He also portrayed the Auctioneer in the Pirates of the Caribbean short film Tales of the Code: Wedlocked.

Vickery also originated the role of Scar in The Lion King Broadway stage musical. His other Broadway credits include The Sisters Rosenweig, The Real Thing and Eminent Domain. He performs frequently at the nation’s leading regional theaters including South Coast Repertory, Mark Taper Forum, The Old Globe, McCarter Theatre and Long Wharf Theatre.

His film work includes Jürgen Vsych's short film "Son for Sail".

His was the voice of Kenshiro in the 1986 film, Fist of the North Star and Teknoman Dagger in Tekkaman Blade. In the video game version of Dante's Inferno, Vickery plays the voice of Lucifer.

John has one daughter named Alexandria.

Richard Haywood and Justin Pendleton, two wealthy, intellectual high school students, plan to commit the "perfect murder" to prove their superiority over other people. They kill a woman and set up Richard's marijuana dealer, janitor Ray Feathers. They then incinerate the evidence. The case is assigned to Detective Cassie Mayweather and her new partner, Sam Kennedy. They work together well, and begin a romantic relationship very early on in their partnership. Footprints found at the crime scene lead to Haywood, who has an alibi. Cassie becomes obsessed with the idea that Haywood is guilty, and refuses to pursue the case from other angles. This displeases Captain Rod Cody and Cassie's vindictive ex, Assistant D.A. Al Swanson, who fear that Richard's influential parents will end their careers.

Sometime in the late 1940s, wealthy businessman Hunt Shelton and his heavily pregnant wife get lost in the middle of West Virginia looking for some friends' summer house when Mrs. Shelton goes into labor. They end up going to the Jupiter Hollow Hospital but the doctor will not check them in because it is exclusively for employees of Hollowmade, the local furniture maker. Mr. Shelton buys the company on the spot. The Ratliffs, an impoverished couple, arrive moments later with Mrs. Ratliff also in labor. Both women give birth to twin girls. The doctor tends both births at the same time, and the elderly nurse gets confused and mixes the babies. Hall portrays Daryl Cage, an Iowa farm boy whose parents send him to live in Los Angeles with his brother. The gangster boss has Cage's brother and his live-in girlfriend murdered, but the police suspect Daryl of the crime.
