"Black Arm" Zephyr (ゼファー, Zefā), a former naval admiral and leader of the Neo Marines which also includes his henchmen Ain (アイン) and Binz (ビンズ, Binzu), commences an assault on the navy on Firs Island, a volcanic island and one of the End Points. While there, Zephyr steals the Dyna Stones and fights Kizaru before he starts an eruption to defeat the Admiral only to be sent flying into the ocean. While having a cherry blossom party, the Straw Hat Pirates discovers and heals Zephyr. When Zephyr learns that Monkey D. Luffy is a pirate, he fights Luffy, Roronoa Zoro and Sanji. Having discovered Zephyr's location with a Vivre Card, Ain and Binz join the ex-Admiral to fight them. Ain uses her Devil Fruit powers to de-age Nami, Tony Tony Chopper, Brook and Nico Robin, while Binz uses his Devil Fruit powers to trap Franky, Usopp and Brook with vines. Realizing that Luffy is the grandson of Monkey D. Garp, Zephyr attempts to kill them, but the Straw Hats are forced to flee. At Marine Headquarters, the navy discovers Zephyr's whereabouts and decide to recover the Dyna Stones.

After watching a televised showing about supposedly humanoid birds spotted in Africa, Nobita dreams of being able to fly with wings. He builds wooden wings after Doraemon refuses to help him, though he repeatedly fails to fly using them. While helping Shizuka to reclaim her pet canary, they witness a portal opens in the sky and a humanoid bird riding an airplane coming out. He introduces himself as Gusuke, a humanoid bird who lives in "Birdopia". Doraemon, Nobita, and Shizuka help Gusuke fix his airplane, where Nobita becomes fast friends with him. As Gusuke departs to his home, Gian and Suneo catch him and grab his plane. The other three follow them through the portal.

Tired of constantly having nightmares, Nobita ask for Doraemon to bring a Dream Machine which would allow Nobita to dream of anything he wants. After an attempt to have a dream about the fall of Atlantis fails, he chooses a dream where he is in a fantasy world with an inspiration from The Three Musketeers.Doraemon disagrees and gives him a lecture which makes Nobita angry and he runs away from home.Doraemon searches him and promises him to let him watch the dream of The Three Musketeers. Doraemon sends him to the dream. At the start of the dream he meets a fairy who brings him to the attacked city. Enemies start firing at Nobita, only to be saved by the fairy. The movie starts with a boy who belongs to prehistoric time hunting a fish, gets captured in to time vortex and reaches to the 20th century. In the 20th century, Nobita wants to run away from his home, as depicted many times in various episodes. As a result of failing to find an ideal home, Nobita decides to make a makeshift place to live. However, he still cannot find a place to live due to land property ownership laws. At the same time, Shizuka, Gian, Suneo and Doraemon want to run away from their homes. Then Nobita suggests that they should go back in time to live in a place with very few humans. The group agrees with him and thus, they return to the past Japan, which is 70000 years back from then.

In 1958 Japan, university professor Tatsuo Kusakabe and his two daughters, Satsuki and Mei, move into an old house to be closer to the hospital where their mother Yasuko is recovering from a long-term illness. Satsuki and Mei find that the house is inhabited by tiny animated dust creatures called susuwatari – small, dark, dust-like house spirits seen when moving from light to dark places. When the girls become comfortable in their new house and laugh with their father, the soot spirits leave the house to drift away on the wind. It is implied that they are going to find another empty house – their natural habitat.

Le samouraï Goemon Ishikawa, comparse et ami d’Edgar (Lupin en VO), s’apprête à épouser Murasaki Suminawa, une jeune fille issue d’une noble famille japonaise. Edgar et ses amis parviennent à récupérer le vase, mais arrivent trop tard pour empêcher l’enlèvement de la jeune fiancée. Pour la retrouver saine et sauve, Goemon doit rendre le vase au clan Fuma à une heure précise le jour suivant. Malgré les conseils de son futur beau-père qui lui conseille de ne pas insister et surtout de ne pas emporter ce vase ancestral – qui selon les dires du vieil homme conduirait à un trésor caché dans les profondeurs d’une grotte – Goemon parvient avec l’aide d’Edgar et de Jigen à emporter le vase et se rendre au lieu de rendez-vous. Malheureusement, la tentative de subterfuge des trois compères pour récupérer à la fois le vase et Murasaki tombe court : les Fuma s’emparent de l'objet et disparaissent au loin, laissant néanmoins la jeune fiancée derrière eux.
