Stan Helsing (Steve Howey) is an underachieving employee at a video rental store named Schlockbuster whose personal mottos are "Don't get involved" and "Don't talk about it". His teen-aged boss Sully orders him to drop off a bag of movies to the mother of the store's owner or risk not having a job Monday morning. A mad scientist (J. During the late 1880s, Dr Frankenstein’s evil granddaughter Maria has moved to the American West with her brother Rudolph, in order to use the prairie lightning storms in her experiments on immigrant children snatched from a dying town. Maria is very much in charge, killing the children and replacing their brains with artificial ones, intending to revive them as her slaves. Rudolph however, is reluctant to help his sister, but is too afraid of her to do otherwise. After a number of failures (owing to Rudolph secretly poisoning the victims as soon as his sister revives them), they are finding it increasingly difficult to hide the trail of bodies. Down the road, Mañuel Lopez and his wife Nina decide to leave town with their daughter Juanita because of the frequent disappearances, the latest of which is that of their son.

After Baron Henry von Frankenstein creates a bride his monster, he decides to make arrangements for a lavish wedding at the Transylvania Astoria Hotel. I Was A Teenage Frankenstein's Roommate is the story of Hiram Belmore (Patrick Casey) and his attempt to create life and therefore win the school science fair. Peggy (Sarah K. Bizek) and her boyfriend Dwight (Nick Stukas) are house-sitting for Peggy's professor. Dwight's friend Hiram hijacks the house and uses it in his experiment to create his Frankenstein's monster, which he names Monster (Worm Miller). His class rival Lionel Kerr (Sean Hall) is trying to prevent this and win the science fair himself, while Clerval (Jack Shreck) co-opts control of a religious sect to make things turn out in his favor and wackiness ensues.
