Norman Gene "Norm" Macdonald (born October 17, 1963) is a Canadian stand-up comedian, writer, producer and actor. He is best known for his five seasons as a cast member on Saturday Night Live, which included anchoring Weekend Update for three years. Early in his career, he wrote for the sitcom Roseanne and made appearances on shows including The Drew Carey Show and NewsRadio. He starred in The Norm Show from 1999 to 2001. Comedy Central named him #83 on the five-part miniseries 100 Greatest Stand-ups of All Time. He is noted as a favorite talk show guest of David Letterman, Howard Stern and Conan O'Brien. His brother is Canadian journalist Neil Macdonald, of CBC News' Washington, D.C. bureau.
On February 26, 2011, Macdonald became the new host of High Stakes Poker on Game Show Network.
He hosted Sports Show with Norm Macdonald on Comedy Central, which began airing on April 12, 2011. It was announced on June 7, 2011, that the Sports Show would not be renewed for a second season, reportedly due to low ratings.

Boris the vulture confirms the report that Blacktooth, the leader of the dingo pack told Bog of the white koala who defeated them. Bog orders the dingos to capture the white koala but they accidentally capture Miranda's sister Charlotte instead because she was covered in white powder. The locals, guided by Quint the peg-legged wombat and Mac the kangaroo try to rescue Charlotte while Bill the wombat and his wombat troop try to capture Bog. On the way, Johnny befriends a lizard as a mount and names him Bull. Johnny also tricks two large snakes named Merlin and Marty who intended to eat Miranda. In an attempt to defeat Bog who was chasing them, Johnny and Miranda ride Bull to the carnival in hopes that The Wild Bushman can defeat Bog. The final showdown proves Johnny is center ring material and the defeated Bog and his dingos (and thylacine) are sold as pets. The koalas who bullied Johnny at the beginning seek to replace Johnny after Johnny and Miranda leave on Bull.

After that, the raccoon throws the cigar back to Riggs, who yells "you're a bad raccoon!". The raccoon then blows the car down the cliff. Riggs quits Mr. Lyman's company, so a real estate developer from Chicago, Dan Sanders (Brendan Fraser), is brought in as his replacement. He is given the task of turning the forest into a residential development by his boss Neal Lyman (Ken Jeong). This all transpires much to the objections of Dan's son, Tyler (Matt Prokop), who discovers that Rocky Springs is a forest reserve. He warns his father that "many have tried to conquer it but they all fail". His wife Tammy (Brooke Shields) is unhappy in Rocky Springs, she misses her life in Chicago. Unfortunately for Dan, the animals, who are led by the raccoon refuse to sit back and watch their forest to be destroyed. They manage to turn the tables on him by disturbing his progress, interrupting his meetings, and humiliating him. So Dan signs orders to have a forest ranger capture and cage all the animals.
