Jacob Adam "Jake" McLaughlin (born October 7, 1982) is an American actor. He is most famous for playing Gordon Bonner in Paul Haggis's In the Valley of Elah. McLaughlin starred as Tate in the short lived Spring 2014 NBC series Believe. He is currently co-starring as Agent Ryan Booth in the 2015 ABC drama series Quantico.

U.S. Marine Tommy Riordan visits his father, Paddy Conlon (Nick Nolte), a recovering alcoholic who has returned to his Catholic faith. Tommy had to run away from Paddy with his dying mother when he was just a boy due to Paddy having previously been an abusive alcoholic, and has never quite forgiven him. Paddy tries to convince him that he has changed, but to no avail.
