Margaret "Meg" Foster (born May 10, 1948) is an American actress best known for her roles in the TV miniseries version of The Scarlet Letter and the films Ticket to Heaven, The Osterman Weekend and They Live.
Elle commence sa carrière à la télévision dès la toute fin des années 1960, apparaissant dans plusieurs séries télévisées. L'histoire prend place juste après la fin de Jeepers Creepers. La créature vient de s'envoler avec Daryl, et sa soeur Trish attend ses parents au commissariat. La police arrive sur place et encercle le camion du monstre. Ils y trouvent de nombreux corps sans vie et des pièges mortels pour quiconque s'en approche. Danny, chef de la police, décide de se lancer à la poursuite du creeper avec une équipe d'hommes qui ont tous des comptes personnels à régler avec la bête. Pendant ce temps, Addison qui habite chez sa grand-mère, doit faire face à la folie apparente de cette dernière qui a perdu son fils Kenny 23 ans plus tôt, disparu sur la route avec sa petite amie Darla, le soir du bal de promo. Kenny apparaît régulièrement à sa mère, c'est ainsi qu'elle sait qu'il est mort, puisque son corps n'a jamais été retrouvé. Seuls Daryl et Trish l'ont vu dans la cave de l'église qui a ensuite éte incendiée dans le premier opus. Kenny prévient sa mère que le creeper va venir récupérer quelque chose qui lui appartient et qui a été enterré devant la maison. Très vite, le monstre se met à nouveau en quête de proies pour terminer son cycle en ayant dévoré suffisamment d'âmes.

In Salem, Massachusetts, Heidi (Sheri Moon Zombie), a recovering drug addict, works as a DJ at a hard rock station with her co-workers Whitey (Jeff Daniel Phillips) and Herman (Ken Foree). The film events take place in a futuristic, cyber-punk New York City, where convicted felon Roger Mason (Gary Daniels) is serving a sentence and is locked away in a high security prison facility, where Cryonics are applied to some of the inmates, including Mason himself, to keep them in a state of suspended animation. Mason, despite all the security measures applied at his confinement facility, manages to escape repeatedly to see his daughter, which is the only reason why he's making attempt after attempt to break free. However, the authorities are able to catch him and bring him back every time to serve even a longer sentence as punishment for his attempts to escape. Since he's being cryonically frozen to serve his time for years at a time, he remains practically the same age while his daughter grows older normally. As more and more time keeps being added to his original sentence, his escape attempts become more of an obsession rather than a goal.

In the future, space has been colonized. As humanity expanded, the Marine Corps became the Space Force. Col. Fraser (John Pyper-Ferguson), a former Marine officer who has become a pirate, has his pirates hijack a new synthetic explosive. Light and concealable, it is the perfect improvised explosive device.
