William O'Leary (born October 19, 1957) is an American actor. Bill made his Broadway debut as "Art" in "Precious Sons" at the Longacre Theatre, (3/20/1986 - 5/10/1986) starring Ed Harris (1986 Drama Desk Award Winner) and Judith Ivey.
He played Marty Taylor, Tim Taylor's (Tim Allen) little brother on Home Improvement. His most recent regular role was the primary antagonist, General Xaviax, on Kamen Rider: Dragon Knight.

He was born in Chicago, Illinois. He graduated from Highland Park High School in Highland Park, IL (suburban Chicago) in 1976. He also earned his MFA at the prestigious Professional Actors Theatre Program at the University of Washington in Seattle in 1982.

John Connor has been living off the grid in Los Angeles in the years following the death of his mother, Sarah, from leukemia. Although Judgment Day did not occur on August 29, 1997, as expected, John still believes that a war between humans and the machines will occur. Unable to locate John in the past, Skynet sends a new model of the Terminator called the T-X back to July 24, 2004 to kill other members of the Human Resistance. The T-X is more advanced than previous Terminators, and has an endoskeleton with built-in weaponry, a liquid metal exterior similar to the T-1000, and the ability to reprogram other machines. Unlike previous Terminators, its standard appearance is female. The Resistance sends a reprogrammed Terminator (T-850 - Model 101) back in time to protect the T-X's targets including John and his future wife, Kate Brewster.

The film begins where the original television series finishes, with Gordon Shumway—otherwise known as ALF, short for Alien Life Form—being captured by the US Air Force's Alien Task Force while attempting to depart Earth. The father of New Orleans schoolteacher Annie Tarrant (Rowan) was murdered in a Candyman-like fashion some years prior. When Professor Philip Purcell is murdered in a bathroom by Candyman after presenting the legend at a book signing and calling him forth, Annie's brother is accused of the murder (since his furious public confrontation of Purcell over the subject) and one of her students starts to see the Candyman. In order to disprove to herself that the Candyman exists, she says his name five times in front of a mirror, summoning him to New Orleans on the eve of Mardi Gras, where the killings begin in earnest. Her husband Paul Mckeever becoming one of Candyman's new victims. The film's climax reveals more details of the Candyman's genesis, and his reason for stalking Annie.
