Duke (Channing Tatum) has become the leader of the G.I. After the events of Tom-Yum-Goong, Kham (Tony Jaa) has resumed a quiet village life with his "brother"/elephant, Khon, back in Thailand. Within the village, lives a local oddball that loves playing with electrical devices, named Job. He has lived there along with Kham and the villagers for some time and has earned the trust of the locals. Unknown to him, he's an agent of an arms dealer known as Mr. LC (RZA). A fan of Kham's exploits five years ago, LC had Job keep tabs on Kham without his knowledge. Things would change for Kham when a merchant, Suchart Vilawandei (Adinan Buntanaporn), wanted to buy Khon, but Kham refused to sell Khon. Suchart gave his business card to Kham in case he changed his mind about selling Khon, however, things would go terribly wrong after Kham was invited by the villagers to eat with him.

Tiger Chen [(Tiger Chen Linhu)] is the sole student of his elderly master's Ling Kong Tai Chi style. While Tiger excels in the physical aspects of his training, Master Yang struggles to instill in Tiger the philosophical aspects, and fears for his character. Tiger harbors a determined ambition to prove the martial effectiveness of the style, as he competes in the local Wulin (武林) contest. In the meantime, HKPD officer Sun-Jing Shi (Karen Mok) has been leading an investigation into Security System Alliance (SSA), a private security firm owned by the mysterious Donaka Mark (Keanu Reeves). Suspected of hosting an illegal fighting operation, Sun-Jing turns one of Donaka's fighters into a mole, but he is discovered and personally killed by Donaka. Despite the setbacks, Sun-Jing wants to continue investigating, but without any evidence Superintendent Wong [(Simon Yam)] has the case closed. Believing the evidence would eventually come through, Sun-Jing secretly continues investigating Donaka and things change with Tiger's involvement.

New York City teenager Clary Fray begins seeing a strange symbol, worrying her mother Jocelyn Fray and her mother's friend Luke Garroway. Whis (ウイス, Uisu) wakes Beerus, the God of Destruction (破壊神ビルス, Hakaishin Birusu), from his long slumber and tells him that Freeza was defeated by a Saiyan. 39 years earlier, the Yogen-gyo (予言魚) foretold that a mighty opponent would appear before Beerus, the Super Saiyan God (超サイヤ人ゴッド, Sūpā Saiya-jin Goddo). Beerus, with Whis, then tracks down the Saiyan warrior Goku, who defeated Freeza. On Kaiō-sama's planet, Goku proceeds to challenge Beerus, but ultimately is overwhelmed and defeated in two strikes; despite having powered up to Super Saiyan 3. Disappointed by the subsequent lack of challenge, Beerus departs in order to seek out more powerful adversaries on Earth.

Karan (Vidyut Jamwal), a commando with 9 Para Commandos of the Indian Army. During a routine helicopter training their helicopter crashes into the Chinese side. The lone survivor of the wreckage, he is captured by Chinese officials. As the crash happened on a river and wreckage of the chopper got washed away, Karan as well as his seniors are not able to convince the Chinese of his innocence. The Chinese feel they can use these circumstances to brand him as an Indian Spy and use this political leverage to embarrass the Indian Government and create an International fracus. The Indian Government feels that under such politically unfavourable circumstances, the Chinese will not accept any proof of Karan having crashed during a routine training so they order the Army to erase Karan's army record, identities and simply deny his existence. Due to this Karan has to suffer inhuman torture from Chinese army for one year in a bid to force a confession out of him.
