Stuart Conan Wilson (born 25 December 1946) is an English film and television actor, best known for his roles as Don Rafael Montero in The Mask of Zorro and Jack Travis in Lethal Weapon 3.

Carrière
Stuart Wilson, est aujourd'hui un acteur à la tête bien connue du grand public même s'il n'en a pas la reconnaissance.

Sa longue carrière commence dans les années 1970 durant lesquelles il tourna beaucoup pour la télévision, faisant déjà quelques apparitions remarquées dans des téléfilms ou des séries TV de renom, et ce jusqu'à la fin des années 1980.

Les années 1990 lui seront plus favorables car il tournera dans de nombreuses grosses productions cinématographiques, très souvent dans le rôle du "méchant" (parmi ses prestations les plus notables, on peut citer Absolom 2022, L'Arme fatale 3 et Le Masque de Zorro), ou en acteur secondaire mais bien présent (Rock, Ennemi d'État).

Il apparait aussi dans des films d'auteur comme Le Temps de l'innocence de Martin Scorsese, et tient un des rôles principaux du drame de Roman Polanski La Jeune Fille et la Mort.

Il a collaboré plusieurs fois avec le réalisateur Martin Campbell.

Police Constable Nicholas Angel, a high-achieving member of the Metropolitan Police Service, is promoted to Sergeant but it comes with being transferred to the village of Sandford, Gloucestershire, for being too good at his job while making his colleagues look bad by comparison due to his skills. Kelvin "Kelley" Morse and Jasper Arnold become involved in a car race and accidentally damage a restaurant owned by Samantha Cavanaugh's parents. Both are sentenced to perform community service by repairing the damage. Although Kelley comes from a wealthy family and Jasper's parents are working-class, they soon find themselves fighting over the same girl, Samantha. While Jasper and Samantha have been courting publicly for years, in secret, Kelley and Samantha begin to spend time together. They soon find that they have more in common than they imagined, and they fall in love. Eventually, Jasper learns of their interlude and doesn't like it. During a trip to Kelley's home in Boston he reveals to Samantha that his mother killed herself. Samantha brings Kelley into the house and they sleep together. In the morning, after Sam makes Kelley breakfast, Kelley's father arrives and informs him he must attend college early and give up his fling with Samantha. Upon returning to the small town, Samantha's parents soon learn that their daughter has osteosarcoma, stemming from a track/field injury, and only a few months to live. Samantha tells Kelley that she thinks everyone has their own heaven and it is made of a combination of all the things we loved in life. She says that his mother has Kelley with her in her heaven. When Kelley learns the awful truth, he must decide if he should obey his father's wishes and go to college or stay by the side of the first girl he's ever loved. In the end he returns to be with Samantha during her final months of life. At her funeral, Kelley recites a passage from a poem he and Sam loved. The film closes with a shot of Samantha running through a field in her version of heaven.

In the 1990s, U.S. National Security Agency official Thomas Bryan Reynolds (Jon Voight) meets with congressman Phil Hammersley (R-NY) (Jason Robards) in a public park to discuss support for new counter-terrorism legislation the U.S. Congress is pushing that dramatically expands the surveillance powers of intelligence agencies on individuals and groups. Hammersley remains committed to blocking its passage, since he believes it would almost totally destroy the privacy of American citizens. Reynolds has his team murder Hammersley, spread heart pills over his car, place him in the car and push it in a lake to make it look like he had a heart attack. In the aftermath, they discover too late that wildlife researcher Daniel Zavits (Jason Lee) had a camera aimed in the woods at their location. Zavits inspects the footage, transfers the video to an innocuous video game disc and flees the apartment ahead of Reynolds's team.
